About DROPHOUSE
The house
of shows.
DROPHOUSE creates internet-native entertainment brands. One company, four shows, a single repeatable system — formats that command attention and turn it into measurable reach, community and commerce.
The story
Born live.
Built to last.
DROPHOUSE started where the attention is: live. One stream, one host, one camera — and an audience that didn't just watch, but voted, bid and bought in real time.
That first format became a playbook. Today DROPHOUSE is a UK-based media network, operated by SWM Ltd, and home to the UK's fastest-growing live shopping collective — TechDrops, FunBoxing, Returnd and LuxDrops. Together the shows have passed 100M+ video views and topped the UK's TikTok Live shopping rankings — and they are still compounding.
We are not a catalogue of accounts. We build entertainment IP — recurring segments, recognisable hooks, shows people come back for. And because so much of what we sell is returned or second-life stock, rehomed instead of written off, the model is sustainable by design. We turn second chances into first choice.
The model
One system.
Many brands.
Every DROPHOUSE show runs the same four-step playbook. Prove it once, then multiply it — that's the house of shows.
-
01
Prove a format
Launch lean and live. Test the hook in front of a real audience, keep what converts, cut what doesn't. A format earns its place before it earns a budget.
-
02
Build the brand
Give the format a name, a look and recurring IP — segments the audience knows by heart. A stream is a moment; a show is an asset.
-
03
Scale distribution
Every live hour becomes clips, cutdowns and highlights engineered for the feed. The broadcast fills the room; the edit fills the algorithm.
-
04
Monetise attention
Drops, brand partnerships and integrated commerce are wired into the format itself — so revenue scales with the show, not against it.
What we stand for
Six lines.
Non-negotiable.
The promises behind every show — on camera and off.
The people
Small team.
Serious output.
A tight core running the slate, the studio and the talent pipeline — built to stay lean while the shows scale.
